The problems faced by community-style residential buildings with more than 40 units include coordinating all subcontractors and scheduling. The biggest challenge was the difficulty of construction due to underground drainage, coupled with the shortage of materials during the COVID 19 lockdown , and the difficulty of delivering materials due to traffic control.Within this toughest time , Apollo was able to complete the project within 14 months without any delays.
