Through strategic collaborations with governmental entities, Apollo living packaged and sold the entire project to Kainga Ora, effectively alleviating developers from financial burdens and sales pressures, and help KO slove the problems together during the shortage of market housing .the This approach enabled them to achieve returns surpassing market averages.Apollo and KO communicated directly , the challenge faced during the construction period was the driveway was too narrow, Apollo ensured that all were solved with high standard, and kept on-going maintenance until the completion of the project, this project also increased Apollo'reputation in the public system.
