1 Tudor Place

At 1 Tudor Place, Apollo Living proactively identified safety concerns due to the site’s close proximity to public utility poles. By detecting the issue early and working closely with the designer, owner, and Vector, we maximised the original design space under constrained conditions and successfully resolved the issue. The development includes four new two-storey dwellings—Lots 1, 3, and 4 each feature three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a single internal garage, while Lot 2 offers four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a single internal garage.
